CICA applied for funds through MaineHousing for a second duplex unit, similar to the one we currently own on school house road. We received a donation of land from Stacie and Toby Webb. Next, we worked to gather donations to help fund the project. We worked with Dirigo Homes in Woolwich, ME, and the modular was set in May of 2025. Tenants moved into the new units in the fall of 2026.
